Eventris was not designed in a boardroom. It was built in the field, solving real problems for real event teams.
The story
It started with a simple problem: medical providers at events needed better tools. Paper forms, radio chatter and spreadsheets weren't cutting it. Information got lost, and coordination was a constant struggle.
So we built a platform for event medical services, first under the name First Responder: digital mapping, live tracking, structured incident workflows and treatment centre management, in one place.
Then something interesting happened. Security teams saw what medical was using and wanted in. Stewarding asked about task management. Event organisers wanted to see all their providers at once.
The same tools that changed medical operations could work for every team on site: shared maps, coordinated response and live visibility. That is Eventris, built from real-world experience for everyone who makes events happen.
