Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your account and the data we hold about you.
Version 1 · Effective 27 June 2026
This page explains how to delete your Eventris account and the personal data associated with it, and what happens to operational records you created.
Delete your account from within the app
The fastest way is in the app itself:
- Open Eventris and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@eventris.uk from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask one or two questions to confirm it's really you before we act. We will complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we erase the personal data we hold about you as the account holder — your profile (name, email, phone number), your login credentials, and your device/push-notification registrations. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion itself, and anything we are required to keep for legal, tax, or security reasons, for no longer than necessary.
What is retained, and why
Operational and clinical records you created as a professional — for example incident records and patient/clinical information logged during an event — are not yours to erase. Those records belong to the organisation you worked for (for example the medical or security provider), which is responsible for them, and that organisation retains them to meet its own legal and regulatory obligations (for clinical records this can be many years, in line with medico-legal retention rules).
We keep those records on that organisation's behalf and on its instructions, under UK GDPR Article 17(3)(b) (compliance with a legal obligation). This means deleting your personal account removes the data that identifies you as a user, but does not remove the audit trail of care or response that the organisation is legally required to keep. To query a record held by an organisation, contact that organisation directly.
