Toilets, bins, power, fencing, a leak behind the main stage: facilities work is a stream of small jobs. In Eventris each one is a task on the site map, sent to the right person, and closed when it is done, so nothing relies on someone remembering a radio call.

Each job is a task with a priority, a due time and an owner.

Tasks with a place on the map
Title, description, priority, due time, photos and a map position. Raise them from the Control Room or from the app.
Sent to the right person
Assign a task to a call sign or to named staff. Responders can raise tasks and move them on from their phone.
Fetch and move equipment
Link a task to a registered asset, so "bring the spare generator to Gate B" is tracked like any other job.
Checklists
Opening, closing and safety checks from your own templates, completed in the app or by a signed link.
Stock and equipment
Consumables and equipment across stores and vehicles, not only medical supplies.
Shifts and vehicles
Publish shifts for your team, and keep site vehicles' MOT and servicing records in one place.
On the shared map
Your tasks sit on the same live map as medical and security, so Control sees the whole site.
